Heavy Diesel Mechanic
An excellent opportunity for a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic is available at our depot on the NSW South Coast.  The successful applicant must be enthusiastic, dedicated, honest & reliable with previous experience in the bus and coach industry an advantage. A HR class licence, willingness to drive buses and computer skills are preferable. Fare Increase Notice

Deane’s Buslines wish to advise customers that in line with recommendations from the Ministry of Transport, fares are to increase on all services from Monday 14th January 2008

Note to all customers

You can purchase a Deane’s Buslines discount card with a 20% saving on adult return fare.

Every Thursday is Pensioner Day; buy one $4.00 ticket to last all day.
(You must present your NSW Pension card or Senior card)

New to the DBL Website - Large Format PDFs

If you are having difficulties reading our timetables we have incorporated large format PDFs onto our timetable pages. To view these PDFs you need to go to our timetables page, select the timetable you are looking for and there you will find a link to download a large format PDF made for that timetable. These timetables have been prepared by Deanes Buslines South Coast with help from Vision Australia and are suitable for speech recognition software. This is just another way DBL is making travel easier for the South Coast Community.

New DBL service - LocalLink

From 8 March 2007 a bus comes right to your door!

Travelling around Merimbula and Eden during the day just got a whole lot easier!

Route 704 is your local Eden link operating Monday to Friday.

Route 705 links Merimbula with Tura Beach and Pambula, Monday to Friday.

Scheduled buses depart from the centre of town during the day and will take you to your destination as directly and as quickly as possible. Return services also available - see timetables.

$4 Senior Traveller Day

Deane's Buslines is trialling a new Senior Traveller initiative From 07\12\2006 to 06\12\2007 (12 months).

All NSW Pension Card and Senior Card Holders can now travel all day Thursday for $4 on one ticket.

*Please note

• $4.00 allows as many trips required on a Thursday only
• Proudly supported by Ministry of Transport NSW

You must retain printed ticket as proof of purchase

Driver Authority Qualification Available

DBL Awarded Industry Accolade

The Bus & Coach Association (NSW) has awarded Deane's Buslines the 2006 Environmental/Innovative Operator Of The Year Award for introducing innovative practices in the workplace.
